Kereta api Turangga adalah kereta api kelas eksekutif yang dioperasikan oleh PT Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) di Pulau Jawa dengan jurusan Bandung Hall (BD) – Surabaya Gubeng (SGU) dan sebaliknya.
KA Turangga pertama kali beroperasi pada tanggal 02 September 1995. Perjalanan sejauh 699 km ditempuh dalam waktu sekitar 12,5-13 jam dan berhenti di Stasiun Bandung, Cipeundeuy, Tasikmalaya, Banjar, Kroya, Sumpiuh(hanya KA49),Kutoarjo, Yogyakarta, Solo Balapan, Madiun, Wilangan(hanya KA49) Nganjuk, Kertosono, Jombang, Mojokerto, dan terakhir Surabaya Gubeng.
Kereta api dengan desain layanan kelas Eksekutif Satwa ini menawarkan alternatif perjalanan Bandung-Surabaya dan sebaliknya pada malam hari, oleh karena itu pada pengumuman nama kereta di stasiun pemberhentian, kereta ini sering ditambahkan istilah ‘Ekspres Malam’; untuk perjalanan pada siang hari dilayani oleh kereta api Argo Wilis, sebuah kereta api kelas Eksekutif Argo yang beroprasi di jalur luar Jakarta.
Tarif kereta api ini adalah antara Rp 210.000,00 – Rp 500.000,00, bergantung pada jarak tempuh, subkelas/posisi tempat duduk dalam rangkaian kereta, serta hari-hari tertentu seperti akhir pekan dan libur nasional.
